Our extensive knowledge of freightcars of all mechanical designations and the "ins and outs" of arranging all types of operating leases allows us to provide:

  • small to medium sized leases either "net" or bundled with any of a variety of service options.  The bundled services can include maintenance, insurance, taxes and management functions, etc.

  • value-added remarketing services to help you dispose of excess equipment or acquire fleet additions.  We are not brokers. While growing and managing our leased fleet is our primary function, we also provide remarketing/ purchasing services acting as Exclusive Agent for railroads and industries that do not have the in-house expertise to effectively perform the marketing management and sale/ purchase negotiation and documentation function.

  • management of equipment rehab, rebuild or modification programs.  Because our leased fleet has been built through existing rather than new car acquisitions, we have become adept at qualifying and managing contract railcar repair shops all over the country.

  • sale leaseback of your owned and needed equipment to help meet company reorganization needs.  Sarbanes-Oxley compliance may require resolution of equipment ownership conflicts or your organization may find cash tied up in railcars is now better deployed toward new business opportunities.
